Shipping Policies

1. Delivery Zones and Timelines

Vangence ships nationwide and select international destinations. All orders are processed at our Design District atelier within 1-2 business days. Domestic orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days. International deliveries range from 7-14 business days depending on customs.

2. Rates & Fees

We offer standard flat-rate shipping of $15.00 for domestic deliveries. Complimentary standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders above $250.00. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee of $30.00.

3. Package Tracking

Once your package leaves our atelier, you will receive a confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number (DHL/FedEx). Please allow 24 hours for the tracking data to update.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Our 14-Day Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept return items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached) within 14 days of purchase delivery.

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage fees. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Vangence is not liable for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds & Processing

Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after inspection at our warehouse. You will receive an automated email confirmation once the credit is initiated.
